That's TSA, not FAA. FAA doesn't care about terrorists, they only won't to make it hard for people to fly.

If my brain is interpreting that picture correctly the plane has actually gone through the ice into a pond and is no where near a snow bank. On the plus side, the surface area of the wings is apparently enough to keep the plane from going to the bottom.
